The location was perfect for exploring the area with breathtaking views of Lake Como. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We had so much fun hanging out by the swimming pool and enjoying the terrace. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Can't wait to go back!

The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for young party-goers. While the location was perfect for exploring during the day, there weren't many options for late-night fun.

They are easy-going, friendly, and always willing to help. the level of service is impressive and the team goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. the property itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Como and a lovely garden. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer ample storage. the owner, Michel, provides a warm welcome and even gave us a lift to a wedding we were attending. the continental breakfast was delicious and satisfying. the value for money and the hospitality make this a highly recommended place to stay.

The small on-site bar/restaurant was perfect for hot afternoons and cold draft beer. Above all, our host Michel went above and beyond when our rental car got a flat tire late at night. He speaks multiple languages and made our stay unforgettable.

We also appreciated the option to grab fruits from the bar whenever we were hungry. it was a great holiday location for families like ours.

noisy cleaning before 8am

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with ramps and handrails provided throughout, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety during my stay.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there, as sometimes I needed a helping hand with carrying my luggage or navigating the stairs. It would have made my vacation even more enjoyable if they were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
